Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Ravello, contact@ravellowatches.com) by means of a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email contact@ravellowatches.com with: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including any return shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

60-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 60-day return window from delivery, provided that:

• the watch is unworn — never set, never used in daily wear
• original packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories are fully intact
• the product shows no signs of use, scratches, or damage

For this voluntary return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns on the Pair Offer

The Pair Offer ("Choose any two watches") is a bundled promotion. For a refund, both watches must be returned together, unworn, and with full original packaging.

If only one of the two watches is returned, no refund will be issued, as the second watch was provided as part of the bundle. This rule does not affect your right to a replacement or refund for a defective item.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@ravellowatches.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within one working day with return instructions and address. Please do not send anything back before receiving return confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects arising after the return period are covered by our 2-year warranty. Contact us at contact@ravellowatches.com. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
