Ravello Watches ships all orders directly from our facility to customers across the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options

Free Delivery — 8–12 working days, always free of charge.

Express Delivery — 5–8 working days, £9.99.

Processing & Origin

Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in China. Delivery estimates are given in working days and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

A tracking code is provided for both delivery options. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import

As orders are shipped from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to UK customs checks. Any customs duties or import fees assessed by UK authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
