These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.ravellowatches.com (the "Site"), and any purchase you make from Ravello ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to shop on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the law of your country of residence.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colours, materials, or details on your screen will exactly match the physical product. Slight variations are normal.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before the order is processed.

Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise the charge.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance — your order is only accepted once it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, invalid delivery addresses, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Right of Withdrawal & Returns policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, designs, logos, graphics, and the Ravello name and brand — is owned by Ravello or its licensors and protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, reviews, comments, or other content to us — including by tagging us on social media (e.g. with #ravello, @ravello.watches, or similar tags) — you grant Ravello a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and advertising purposes, with reasonable credit where practicable.

You confirm that you own the content you submit, or hold all necessary rights to it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You may request removal of your content from our marketing materials at any time by emailing contact@ravellowatches.com.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to: violate applicable law; infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights; transmit viruses or malicious software; gain unauthorised access to the Site; use automated tools to scrape content; harass or harm other people; submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site for violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be excluded or limited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ravello, its founder, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased product.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product in question.

This limitation does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, and in particular does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ravello and its founder against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in principle be resolved through final, binding arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For consumers resident in the United Kingdom, this arbitration clause does not apply where mandatory consumer protection law precludes binding arbitration. In that case, the courts of your country of residence shall have jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumers habitually resident in the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected by this choice of law and take precedence over it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Right of Withdrawal & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ravello.
